Shipping & Handling

We provide worldwide shipping, delivering orders directly to customers.

The total delivery time includes processing time (up to 2 business days) and transit time, which depends on the shipping destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items.

Estimated Transit Times

  • USA: 6-12 business days (excluding remote areas and APO/AFO addresses).
  • Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 4-12 business days.
  • South America: 10-25 business days.
  • Other countries: 10-40 business days.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or changes in trade policies.
  • Processing time is not included in transit time calculations.
  • Estimated shipping times are based on historical data and do not guarantee refunds.

Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee delivery within the following timeframes:

  • USA, Europe, South & East Asia: 45 days.
  • Other countries: 90 days.
  • Local warehouse orders (US, EU, FR, ES, RU, AU): 30 days.

If an order is not received within the guaranteed period, a full refund may be issued after a postal investigation.

Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or political instability.
